All Sales Are Final
Due to the collectible nature of Pokémon cards, all sales are final.
Condition Transparency
Each Pokémon card is listed with its condition clearly stated (Near Mint unless otherwise specified). Please review product photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive the wrong item or if your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:
- The item received
- Packaging condition
I’ll review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.
No Returns for Change of Mind
Returns or refunds are not accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Minor print or factory imperfections common in Pokémon cards
Refund Method
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is on my end.
