1. Are the Pokémon cards authentic?
Yes. All Pokémon cards are 100% authentic, from sealed Pokémon TCG products personally opened by a collector.
2. What condition are the cards in?
All cards are Near Mint (NM) unless stated otherwise. Sleeved immediately, placed in toploaders, and stored safely.
3. How are cards packaged?
Each card is shipped in a sleeve + toploader + protective packaging to ensure safe delivery.
4. How are prices determined?
Prices follow market rates, with a small premium for sleeves, toploaders, packaging, and handling.
5. Do you ship internationally?
No. Singapore only.
6. What shipping method do you use?
All orders ship via SingPost SmartPac.
7. How long does delivery take?
Usually 2–5 working days after dispatch.
8. Do you accept returns?
No returns due to the collectible nature of Pokémon cards, unless the wrong item is sent or damage occurs during shipping.
